Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences for our guests.

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, banquets, and in-room dining to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus that reflect current trends and guest preferences.

Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for both guests and staff.

Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by mentoring and developing team members to reach their full potential.

Coordinate with event planners to execute seamless banquets and special events, exceeding client expectations every time.

Qualifications

Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience overseeing food & beverage operations, hotel experience a plus.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and an associate's degree in hospitality management is preferred.

Must demonstrate a deep understanding of current culinary trends and best practices for portion control and presentation.

Knowledge of and adherence to local, state, and national health and safety regulations are essential.

Excellent communication, customer service, leadership, and teamwork skills are required.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles is necessary.

Strong attention to detail is a key requirement for this role.

Proficiency in both oral and written communication is essential

Must be high-energy and results-driven.

Demonstrated expertise in food and beverage cost controls is necessary

Full availability for flexible scheduling is required.

Strong operational knowledge of both front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
