Hangar Facilities and Maintenance Assistant We are seeking a Hangar Facilities and Maintenance Assistant to support our FAA-regulated aviation maintenance operation in Sanford, FL. This role is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and functional hangar, office, and exterior areas in compliance with FAA, OSHA, and airport regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Clean hangar floors and work areas, including oil and hydraulic fluid spills

Operate industrial floor-cleaning equipment

Perform minor facility repairs

Clean restrooms and exterior areas

Assist with moving materials and escorting personnel

Maintain FOD-free environments

Multi-site operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Facilities, maintenance, or industrial cleaning experience

Ability to pass airport background check and obtain security badge

Ability to lift-up to 50 lbs.

Willingness to work in an active aviation environment

Preferred

Aviation or airport experience

Handyman experience

Floor scrubber or pressure washing experience
