Job Description:
The Data Entry Operator is responsible for ensuring that data is accurately entered into AANEs internal customer relationship management (CRM) platform. Primary Responsibilities include: Primary responsibility: Manipulate spreadsheets to organize data effectively Import data from AANEs internal CRM platform Identify and problem solve errors in data Quality Checks Additional database-related tasks assigned by the Operations Manager Requirements: Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team, including the ability to ask for help when needed Excellent organizational skills Proficiency in Blackbaud Software Systems preferred Experience working with import management systems
