General Utility Worker position at UNC Chase Dining Hall (Night & weekend shifts). Responsibilities focus on maintaining cleanliness of dishes, equipment, and the work environment as part of a service-focused team. Responsibilities
Ensure guest satisfaction by cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils Maintain the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report any issues to management Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward guests, customers, clients, and co-workers Adhere to safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation Ensure security of company assets Qualifications
Understanding of basic sanitation procedures Ability to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends This role may have physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking and standing. May require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). About Aramark
