What You’ll Do As part of Casey’s Inventory team, you’ll play a key role in keeping our stores running smoothly. Team members meet at a designated store, then travel together in a company vehicle to other Casey’s locations throughout the Lincoln area to complete a physical inventory of store products. You’re paid from the moment you leave the store until you return at the end of the day, covering all travel and work time.
Travel Expectations Overnight travel of up to three nights per week may be necessary depending on store distance. Company‑paid lodging and meal per diems are included.
Compensation and Benefits
Starting pay between $18‑$20 per hour, depending on experience.
Competitive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance.
401(k) with company match of up to 6% offered the first of the month after 90 days of employment.
Paid vacation and sick time upon hire.
Team member discount during your shift.
Requirements
Ability to meet at home store location and travel as a crew.
Valid driver’s license and pre‑employment drug screen required.
Ability to frequently lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Work performed in a store setting where team members may work on knees and take inventory on lower shelves and in cooler/freezer environments.
High‑school diploma or equivalent.
