As a Warehouse Associate – CDL B Driver, you will be responsible for pulling parts and loading trucks, serving as backup to our parts drivers, and performing other warehouse duties.
Duties & Responsibilities
Shuttle commercial vehicles to be repaired or post‑repairs between our maintenance shop location and customers in the surrounding area
Picking, packing, shipping, and receiving parts and packages in a warehouse setting
Serving as a back‑up driver for the parts drivers
Maintaining a valid CDL Class B license
Loading trucks
Working as a part of a team
Ability to regularly lift heavy objects up to fifty (50) pounds
Other warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field (or a different combination such as a higher degree/certification in a related discipline or 5 years’ experience)
Minimum valid CDL Class B required
Between 1 and 3 years of CDL driving experience
Ability to lift to 75 pounds and maneuver heavy equipment
Ability to read/follow maps, routes, and GPS system
Familiarity with the local geography
Compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations, including successful completion of a DOT‑regulated pre‑employment background screening and DOT physical
A current and valid DOT medical card with more than four (4) months remaining until expiration may be submitted in lieu of a DOT physical; otherwise a DOT physical is required
Eligibility to work in the United States and at least 21 years of age
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and maneuver heavy equipment per DOT regulations
