Understanding of basic home maintenance
Preferred schedule: Friday – Tuesday
Preferred experience: commercial or residential real estate, property management, retail, hospitality, construction, renovation
Trade skills: general construction, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, HVAC, or groundskeeping
Compensation The compensation range for this role is $21 – $26 per hour plus quarterly bonuses.
