Job Summary And Qualifications
Represents the hospital and department by serving as an interface between the client (physicians, nursing, etc.) and the laboratory technical areas. Responsible for providing efficient and accurate information upon request and communicates effectively with all laboratory clients.
Qualifications
High School Graduate / GED (Required)
Associates Degree related to the medical field (Preferred)
Verifiable experience in healthcare related customer service (Required)
