Warehouse Coordinator

Controls warehouse inventory by coordinating movement of product from production to warehouse shipping. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Receive, print all P/T, loading plans and/or pallet configurations and send receipt confirmation. Print labels and other required documents for each shipment. Provide update on truckers Pick Up Appt request and Appt confirmation. Assist with inventory shortages, damages, discrepancies, Cycle Counts information including keeping track of urgent product in incoming containers. Scan and send copies of shipped BOLs, including carriers Pro #. Track, trace and update incoming shipments and direct deliveries to customers using shipping online tools and Apprise. Support inventory maintenance and resolve discrepancies. Receive, print all Pre-alerts (incoming containers). IF live unloads, confirm delivery APPT with trucker and alert of any delay. IF Drop & Pick, notify upon container arrival. Then notify trucker when container is empty and ready for pick up. Send warehouse receipt/tally sheet to Avanti. Notify of any exception on the inbound (e.g. wet container/units, re-carton, shortages, overages). Monthly report confirming unshipped P/T. Scan and send copies of customers return paperwork on the day it is received.
