Our client, a leading organization in the technology and immersive experience industry, is seeking a Support Services Analyst I to join their team. As a Support Services Analyst I, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting virtual reality systems and related hardware. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Support Services Analyst I

Location: Spring, TX

Pay Range: $30

What's the Job? Set up, configure, and maintain VR headsets, sensors, and related hardware Install and update VR software and applications across platforms Prepare and run VR demonstrations for internal teams, clients, or educational groups Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in real-time Ensure safety and usability standards are met during VR sessions

What's Needed? Basic understanding of computer systems and device connectivity (USB, HDMI, Bluetooth) Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments Ability to learn new software platforms quickly and follow setup guides Strong problem-solving and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
