Greet visiting patrons in a courteous and friendly manner by checking proof of membership (pool passes and ID) and collect guest passes or fees if needed. Maintain complete sign‑in sheets/guest log and answer facility telephone in a courteous manner. Respond to and assist with patron concerns in a professional manner with an emphasis on trying to help and referring members to management to deal with any problems if necessary. Understand all pool rules and enforce them fairly and consistently. Maintain a clean work area and never leave gate/entrance unattended. Seniority level
