As a patient service specialist, you’ll manage both the patient side and business side of our center. Responsibilities:
Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit; provide next appointment details as they check out
Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
Maintain regular communication with attorneys, insurance companies, translation companies, operational leaders, and business development team
Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required
1 Year of Medical Office Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Insurance Verification Experience
Bilingual
Seniority Level: Entry level
