NEXGEN Tooling is a family-owned tool manufacturer of high-performance cutting tools specializing in manufacturing tight tolerance carbide cutting tools for manufacturers worldwide.
Job description and duties:
Receive and process incoming orders via email into ERP software system.
Creates labels and affixes to packaging tubes per job traveler definition.
Create and prepare shipments by processing orders from packers, pulling products from inventory, packing boxes, placing orders in the shipping area.
Maintains quality service by following organizational standards.
Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, floor area and workstations neat, maintaining clean shipping and supply area, complies with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Completes processes by entering and supplying the required information.
Ensures that all paperwork and ERP entries are completed and accurate.
Skills, qualifications and requirements:
First Shift 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Team player.
General Microsoft Office programs familiarity.
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently.
Current driver's license.
Ability to work overtime when needed.
High school graduate or equivalent education.
