Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
Process cash and credit card transactions with precision
Deliver a great customer service experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness and hygiene standards
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs as needed
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
Strong communication abilities, both verbal and listening
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Basic computer skills for order entry and processing
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
Team player with a collaborative spirit
Food handling experience is a plus, but not required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
