Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our client in Melbourne, FL. Interested?

Responsibilities

The test operator is responsible for testing product using specific test fixtures and tools.

Perform inspection, product specific test set-up and operation.

Follow product specific test procedures.

Data enter test results in the quality system, interpret test diagnostics, label and route product to the next level in the process.

Identify and report defective components.

Assemble and/or program circuit board assemblies as required.

Responsible for the accuracy of work-in process associated with work cell.

Responsible for the cleanliness of work area and surrounding work space.

Participate in quality team meetings, as required.

Understand and follow all applicable ISO and job specific procedures.

Maintain ESD integrity within production environment.

May train other employees.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $17/hour + 10% shift differential.

2nd Shift (3:30 PM to 11:30 PM).

Length: Temp to direct.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.

Minimum of 1 year of experience operating test equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of PCB assembly, product assembly processes, component value identification and other component nomenclature.

Capable of performing job function utilizing written procedures, verbal instructions and visual aids.

Basic computer skills, problem solving and workstation skills.

Ability to operate in a multitasking, highly dynamic team work environment.

Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary.

Knowledge of ISO9001.
