Job Duties
Inventory expert: work with ERP systems to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and monitor inventory accuracy.
Maintain minimum inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
Communicate current inventory status to the Material Scheduler.
Collaborate with Manufacturing to locate and cycle count products.
Check and update inventory databases with current data.
Verify receipt data entry from Receivers and monitor FIFO of raw materials throughout the plant.
Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies in the CMS database, analyze transactions, and conduct root‑cause analysis.
Keep up to date with system changes and required training related to job duties.
Requirements
High School Diploma and 2 years manufacturing/inventory experience.
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
Proficiency with database applications and administrative systems, especially Microsoft Office.
Ability to work effectively independently and prioritize activities.
Highly motivated, service‑oriented, team‑oriented, and detail‑focused.
Supervisory and interpersonal skills required.
Strong troubleshooting, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
Demonstrated good internal customer service skills.
Detail oriented with good computer skills.
