The Ability One Program is the largest source of employment for people who have significant disabilities throughout the United States. The AbilityOne Program provides high quality job opportunities for people with disabilities who face significant barriers to employment and who would otherwise rely on public benefit programs. TCH has developed and operated projects under the AbilityOne program since 1993 by providing quality services at a fair market price to the Federal Government.
Being a Assistant Project Manager: We're looking for an Assistant Project Manager for the day-to-day operations of our Custodial Program at Luke AFB, providing job training to individuals with disabilities. Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checks to gain access to Luke Air Force Base, which includes having a Real ID that is federally compliant; and have an Associates degree in a related field. We are looking for individuals with three (3) years related work experience, and one (1) year of supervisory experience. This position requires Driving - Must also be at least 21 years of age, have a current AZ Driver's License and a 39-month clean driving record.
