Our Call Center Customer Service Representatives engage directly with customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues to deliver an outstanding experience. As a representative of our valued clients, you will primarily work with ATT customers, providing support and guidance on their inquiries regarding products and services.
Base pay range $30,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm while addressing customer inquiries.
Utilize your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records to ensure continuity of service.
Educate customers about services and promotions to enhance their experience.
Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Shift Available shifts may include flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
A customer-focused mindset and passion for helping others.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks.
Proficiency in computer applications and systems.
Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred but not required.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
