The Make Ready Technician will perform a wide variety of repairs to ensure that all apartment homes are up to standard for new resident move‑ins.
Your Purpose & General Responsibilities

Inspect apartments for damage and perform necessary repairs prior to resident move‑ins
Repair or replace plumbing/sink/shower/toilet fixtures
Repair or replace electrical fixtures and switches
Prime, paint, and seal surfaces (including wood or metal)
Replace doors, doorknobs, and lock systems
Caulk, plaster, and fill cracks, holes, or joints
Wash and treat surfaces
Remove mildew
Sand and adhere finishes
Complete various work orders as needed
Calculate required materials and estimate costs
Essential Needs for Lirio
Full‑time, Monday – Friday from 9 AM – 6 PM
Experience in residential, commercial, retail, or apartment rehab/turns is required
