We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our company. This individual will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities
Recruit new employees
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Make outbound clients calls
Manage scheduling for field staff
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform various additional office tasks
Qualifications
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Previous sales experience is a plus
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
