Responsibilities Be the first face people see while preparing the office for the day: brewing coffee, setting out breakfast, and stocking shared amenities. Proactively manage inventory and order location supplies. Design and set up signage and events to create memorable experiences for members. Add new members into multiple systems to ensure a seamless first day. Assist members with IT or wifi issues as needed. Participate in local marketing events to convey the value of Industrious solutions. Support walk-in tours when the Member Experience Manager is assisting other members. Requirements Perform repetitive tasks requiring lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 25 lbs. Stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods. Operate machines and appliances such as printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives, and kitchen utensils as needed. Participate in food preparation and cleaning duties, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. Keep work areas sanitary and follow safety protocols. Demonstrate the ability to live within a reasonable commute of Atlanta, GA. Compensation & Benefits The hourly compensation for this position starts at $21.60 . The actual base compensation will be based on factors such as work experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
