PATIENT INFORMATION
  • Patient Demographics: Adults only

  • Case Mix: Total joints, bariatric, robotic, spine, urology, plastics, ENT, endoscopy, occasional IR or brachytherapy

FACILITY INFORMATION
  • EMR System: Epic
  • Office Equipment Available: Anesthesia workstations, OR and ENDO setup
  • Specialty Backup Available: MD anesthesiologists, SRNA students
  • Support Staff Available: Full anesthesia team, 1:3 staffing ratio
  • Reason for Coverage: Turnover Vacancy

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
  • Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
  • Temporary Privileges Available: Yes
  • Credentialing Timeline: 90 days

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Rate: TBD REQUIRED PROCEDURES
  • General CRNA duties in surgical and procedural anesthesia
  • Regional anesthesia experience a plus but not required

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Licenses: Active Pennsylvania license required
  • Board: Board Certified CRNA
  • DEA: Not required
  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPR
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in specialty
  • Other Qualifications: Must be willing to work 8- and 10-hour shifts; unwilling candidates will not be considered. Desire to integrate long-term with the department; participation in meetings encouraged

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver anesthesia care in 11 ORs, 2 ENDO suites, and occasional offsite locations (IR, brachytherapy)
  • Participate in cases including ortho, bariatrics, robotics, urology, ENT, and plastics
  • Collaborate with supervising anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and SRNA students
  • Be available for occasional night or weekend shift fill-ins
