- Be a strategic force multiplier for the CEO-bringing structure, foresight, and calm to a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
- Own and optimize the CEO's calendar with precision and intent, ensuring time is aligned to company priorities and long-term strategy, in close partnership with the President's Executive Assistant.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the CEO's Family Assistant to support Family Office needs and personal commitments, creating a unified and thoughtful approach to time management.
- Anticipate needs before they arise, proactively orchestrating meetings, travel, and priorities so the CEO can focus on what matters most.
- Plan and execute executive meetings, internal events, and complex, multi-location travel with confidence and excellence.
- Serve as a trusted ambassador for the CEO-representing their professionalism and warmth whether in the office, at home, or at external events.
- Manage highly sensitive information with impeccable discretion, integrity, and judgment.
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, ideally in a startup or high-growth organization.
- Proven experience partnering with other Executive and Personal Assistants to align priorities, coordinate logistics, and deliver seamless meeting experiences-especially when hosting external stakeholders.
- Exceptional judgment and confidence in protecting and prioritizing critical executive time.
- Agility and flexibility in a dynamic environment, paired with meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
- A steady, solutions-oriented presence under pressure.
- Tech-savvy and fluent in Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
