**What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately during emergencies.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including business areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents according to established protocols.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site management.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while performing assigned duties.
  • Support the implementation of security-related policies and procedures specific to financial institution environments.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • At least one year of security-related experience is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A law enforcement officer license is required.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
