As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a strong, visible presence. - Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activities.
- Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the facility to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
- Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities as required.
- Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency responders as needed.
- Support Allied Universal and client staff in upholding site rules, policies, and procedures.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
