RoKo Staffing Consulting is excited to partner with a well-established multi-specialty medical clinic in Sanford, FL, that is expanding its behavioral health services and seeking to collaborate with a compassionate and skilled
Clinical Psychologist . This unique opportunity allows you to maintain your independence while benefiting from the support and referrals of a trusted clinic.
About the Role We are seeking a licensed
Clinical Psychologist
with experience providing psychological evaluations, therapy, and evidence-based interventions for diverse patient populations. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to supporting mental health and overall well-being while fostering a positive and professional patient experience. This position is structured as an independent partnership. You will have the ability to: Rent space within the clinic to see your own patients. Receive referrals from the clinic’s existing patient base. Benefit from administrative support such as appointment scheduling and patient flow coordination. Work in a fully equipped clinical environment alongside other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities Provide psychological assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning. Deliver individual, group, or family therapy using evidence-based methods. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with ethical and legal standards. Support patients in achieving improved mental health, coping strategies, and long-term well-being.
Qualifications Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited program. Current
Florida license
as a Clinical Psychologist. Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with knowledge of evidence-based practices. Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
