Full-Time BCBA $80-90k + 10k Sign-On Bonus + HYBRID
Work Schedule & Location
This BCBA role features a flexible hybrid work arrangement: in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
Core Responsibilities for Board Certified Behavior Analyst Clinical Assessment & Documentation: Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and maintain accurate documentation within our internal information management system Secure all required consents and ensure proper recording in organizational systems Complete ongoing assessments for newly admitted residents according to established protocols
Treatment Planning & Program Development: Develop and author behavior treatment plans (BTPs), quarterly progress evaluations, and regulatory compliance assessments Create individualized behavior intervention strategies tailored to resident needs Design structured programming aligned with evidence-based ABA practices
Staff Training & Clinical Consultation: Deliver professional training to direct care staff on behavior management techniques, positive behavioral support strategies, structured daily routines, coping skills development, and redirection methodologies Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to identify solutions and implement program modifications Partner with healthcare providers and treatment team members regarding clinical care protocols and procedures Coordinate with psychiatrists and medical specialists to align medication management with behavioral treatment objectives
Program Implementation & Monitoring: Demonstrate proper implementation techniques and oversee program execution quality Conduct quarterly progress evaluations at minimum frequency Leverage all organizational communication platforms and documentation systems
Collaborative Practice & Advocacy: Participate in scheduled clinical meetings and treatment team conferences Foster positive, cooperative working relationships across all organizational levels and departments Champion and protect the rights of all residents in our care Execute supplementary responsibilities as directed by the Clinical Director
Required Qualifications for BCBA Position Essential Credentials: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Minimum two years of professional experience in a BCBA capacity preferred
