Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient – Worcester, MA Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends NorthMed Health is partnering with a therapist-owned outpatient practice in Worcester, MA to hire a full-time Physical Therapist (PT). This Monday–Friday role (no weekends!) offers true one-on-one care, robust mentorship, and access to state-of-the-art modalities. As an outpatient PT, you’ll treat a diverse caseload across orthopedic, sports, neurological, vestibular, balance, amputee rehab, and aquatic therapy. This highly respected practice is known for its collaborative culture, strong clinical identity, and supportive training model—making it an ideal fit for both experienced clinicians and new graduates. POSITION HIGHLIGHTS Setting: Outpatient clinic (therapist-owned) Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time, No weekends Location: Worcester, MA (Central MA) Population: Ortho, sports, neuro, vestibular, balance, amputee, aquatics Compensation: $80–95k base + bonuses/incentives (Total Comp ~$85–110k) Perks: One-on-one treatment model Tailored mentorship + training CE support + internal learning platform Specialty tracks: vestibular, neuro, sports, aquatics Collaborative team culture Strong community reputation Key Responsibilities Provide evaluations and evidence-based treatment as a Physical Therapist (PT). Deliver high-quality, one-on-one outpatient care across orthopedic and neurological populations. Treat patients within sports, vestibular, amputee, balance, and aquatics programs. Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient progress. Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation. Participate in mentorship, CE, and specialty program development. Qualifications Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. Massachusetts PT license (or eligibility). Strong interest or experience in ortho, neuro, vestibular, sports, or aquatics. Strong communication + EMR proficiency. Team-oriented mindset and commitment to 1:1 patient engagement.
