Manage team and oversee global professional and commercial education activities related to new product development and launches worldwide. Develop the IHFM Institute (HCPs) and IHFM University (Commercial Reps, Clinical) brands by executing educational curricula with renowned faculty and top training sites. How you will make an impact: Lead activities with departmental responsibility for developing systems, planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expenses, and implementing process improvements through direct reports, including people managers. Communicate complex product launch strategies, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders to support expanded indications, new product launches, and initiatives. Plan and direct strategic professional and commercial education aligned with business objectives. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and collaborate across functions for multiple major products and campaigns. Develop training materials, curricula, LMS systems, training sites, and faculty for global courses. Execute in-person and digital training courses, webinars, and seminars, distributing content to reps, clinical teams, and healthcare professionals worldwide. Build and enhance the IHFM Institute and IHFM University brands through comprehensive education programs. Manage team members, focusing on talent development and fostering a positive departmental culture. Establish relationships with key physician and executive leaders, including Sales VPs and Regional VPs. Deliver executive-level communications and reports. Perform other incidental duties as assigned. Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a related field and experience in marketing. Proven track record in people management. Experience in a regulated industry. Preferred qualifications: Successful project management leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Experience managing multiple projects and resources effectively. Deep understanding of product labeling, regulatory guidelines, and legal considerations. Knowledge of medical device environments and procedural best practices. Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and compliance. Strong leadership skills, including coaching, feedback, and talent development. Ability to engage with senior management and cross-functional teams. Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving environment. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to influence and build relationships across organizational levels. Adhere to all company policies, including safety and environmental protocols. We offer competitive salaries, performance incentives, and comprehensive benefits. The Illinois base pay range is $187,000 to $265,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
