Essential Duties:
Lead and manage device deployment projects (MacBooks, Windows laptops, iPads)
Coordinate closely with deployment technicians to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
Engage with end users during rollout to ensure smooth adoption and resolve issues
Develop and implement policies and procedures for device management and lifecycle
Oversee infrastructure-related initiatives beyond device rollout as needed
Top Requirements
5+ years in infrastructure project management
Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as Jamf and Intune
Strong background in device management and rollout across mixed environments (Mac, Windows, iOS)
Proven ability to manage schedules, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
