What Will You Do? As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will:
Ensure delivery of efficient and effective nursing care for positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction.
Operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act.
Provide resident care and direction of nursing care during your shift, including staff assignments, mentoring, and education of nursing personnel.
Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals.
Do You Have What It Takes?
A passion for working with seniors.
Flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
Active RN license in the state of practice in good standing.
Prior experience as an RN in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
