Position Scope / Summary This position performs all duties of a Mammography Technologist, in addition to coordinating daily workflow, daily assignments, patient flow, and providing support to the operation of the department. The Lead provides all quality assessment activities for the imaging site, in addition to the maintenance of accreditation of the site, under the direction of the Radiology Manager. Provides assistance in assessing Mammography Technologists’ performance for annual appraisals, as well as orienting new staff to the Imaging Center. The Lead may cover additional Radiology Manager responsibilities, as necessary, in the Manager’s absence, or should a vacancy occur.

Minimum Qualifications

A.R.R.T. Radiography registered with current ODH licensure.

Individual must have completed advanced registry in mammography.

Previous mammography experience is required.

Lead and/or supervisory experience is preferred.
