We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to join our care team. In this role, you’ll deliver high‑quality wound care and treatment services while working closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes.
Responsibilities
Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments
Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns
Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans
Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing
Review lab results and respond to signs of infection
Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols
Assist with floor staffing as needed to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
Active LVN or RN license in good standing with the state
Experience in wound care and treatment procedures (preferred)
Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
Works independently and thrives in a team‑centered environment
Compassionate, resident‑centered approach to nursing
