Job Type: Full-time, Part-time.
Salary: $36.00 - $44.00 per hour.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00–4:30; Paid On-Call nights and weekend rotations.
Work Location: Within and surrounding areas of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.

Requirements
RN License in the state of Wisconsin
Current, valid driver’s license
1 year of home hospice experience preferred
