Competitive Compensation: $95,000–$140,000 per year.

Job Details As a Project Engineer / Civil Engineer Land Development, you will collaborate on planning and design activities for a broad range of project assignments dealing with site development, roadway, traffic, hydrology & hydraulics, utilities and more for public, private and institutional clients.
Responsibility Highlights
Organize and execute the technical quality and coordination of a broad range of project assignments requiring extensive knowledge of site development.
Represent company and client to agencies and contractors.
Lead design efforts for all aspects of land development engineering, including research, analysis, hydraulics, hydrology, storm/sewer drainage, street design, and grading.
Design utilizing Civil3D for public, private, and institutional projects.
Collaborate with team members to provide design, coordination, and follow‑up to meet agency requirements and quality standards.
Prepare plans, profiles, technical reports, calculations, cost/quantity estimates, and specifications for construction.
Participate in site visits, client meetings, and QA/QC.
Assist and lead efforts for agency approvals and stay familiar with local regulatory requirements.
Understand schedule, budget, and scope of services.
Supervise, coach, and mentor staff in design efforts.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one in Arizona.
5+ years of civil engineering experience with private development, facilities, infrastructure and public works design.
Proficiency in Civil3D and AutoCAD.
Strong technical knowledge and proven experience in preparing technical reports, designs, construction documents, specifications, and computations.
