We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Customs Clearance team as a Clearance Administrator.

What you will be doing:
Updating package tracking files with relevant information
Contacting our customers and government agencies to collect and provide information, related to shipments’ customs clearance
Confirming pricing and making allocation of charges and refunds
Entering shipment information into the systems
Preparing and validating customs data and paperwork to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
Helping to resolve clearance related questions and issues
Working together with other teams at FedEx to make every customer experience outstanding
What do you bring with you:
Administrative experience in a busy office environment
Experience or working knowledge of key clearance‑related principles, processes and regulatory requirements
Customer‑focused
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and the ability to make sound numerical decisions within tight time deadlines
Good analytical and problem‑solving skills
Good Microsoft Office and PC skills
