As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Lakeside Generations , you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. Position Type:
Full‑Time
Available Shifts (including every other weekend):
Evenings
2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Full‑Time)
Wage Range:
$27 to $31.33 per hour, depending on experience.
Shift Differential:
Evening: $2.50 per hour
Nights (NOC): $3.50 per hour
Bonus:
Full‑Time: $10,000
Part‑Time: $5,000
Location:
439 William Avenue East, Dassel MN 55325
Nurse Responsibilities:
Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff
Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response
Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures
Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software
Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow‑up action as necessary
Performs additional duties as required
Nurse Qualifications:
Must have MN LPN License and be in good standing
Must have strong communication and organizational skills
Self‑starter with a desire to be a part of a team
