We are currently in search of a dynamic and driven Electrical Field Supervisor to oversee our growing portfolio of electrical projects. Experience leading teams and managing high‑quality electrical projects is essential.

Main Responsibilities
Maintain a safe working environment for all employees
Proactively track community progress and ensure builder deadlines are met
Conduct quality walks and complete them in a timely manner
Work with estimating/warehouse to ensure jobs are pulled accurately
Build and maintain all customer relationships
Mentor and train employees to improve the team
Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player
Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the manager
Who We're Looking For
Residential Wireman electrical license or better preferred
Electrical experience in residential production home building preferred
Ability to manage sub‑crews and service technicians
Strong understanding of National Electrical Code and municipal requirements
Willingness to perform the physical demands of the position when necessary
Self‑motivated and driven individuals looking to further develop their career
Required Education & Experience
At least 2 years of experience in the electrical field
