Position Summary We’re seeking a skilled
Maintenance Supervisor
with a strong background in industrial and manufacturing maintenance. This role will lead and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations of production equipment, plant systems, and support machinery. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in a plant environment, supervising maintenance teams, and improving equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead all maintenance activities for production machinery, support equipment, and plant systems.
Plan, schedule, and assign work to maintenance staff, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Provide hands‑on technical support for machine repair, installation, and troubleshooting of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, and other plant systems.
Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
Manage capital and expense projects related to maintenance, including labor and materials planning.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and external vendors/contractors to support plant initiatives and projects.
Promote safety, compliance, and good housekeeping practices across the maintenance team and facility.
Serve as a point of contact for plant emergencies and participate in on‑call rotation.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 5 years of hands‑on industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience; experience in a plant environment is required.
Experience supervising maintenance personnel in a manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of production machinery, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, compressors, and facility systems.
Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD, CMMS, or preventive maintenance software is a plus.
Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving, and team collaboration skills.
Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on reliability, efficiency, and cost management.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering or a related technical field.
Relevant certifications (electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance) are a plus.
