Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, owning and operating the Enterprise Rent‑A‑Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car brands. We offer extensive car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, and travel management services to make travel easier and more convenient.
Responsibilities
Learn Enterprise’s business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.
Master knowledge and skills needed to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands‑on learning environment.
Build community relationships essential to developing your own business.
Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
Live Enterprise’s culture of friendly competition and customer focus.

Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or be graduating within the next three months.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have 12 months cumulative experience in the last five years in one of the following:
Sales (e.g., commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential).
Customer Service (e.g., retail, hospitality, call center, or similar).
Leadership (e.g., management, military, athletics/team activities, clubs, organizations).
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must have a satisfactory driving record (no more than three moving violations in the past three years).
No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past five years (e.g., DUI, DWI).
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
