On the job training is available!/ph3Essential Duties Responsibilities/h3ullistrongDirect Patient Care and Support:/strong Assist in patient care activities as directed by a dentist, including preparation of charts, equipment, and x-rays, and take appropriate x-rays as needed./lilistrongEfficient Workflow Management:/strong Facilitate patient flow, manage appointments, and maintain an organized work area to ensure smooth operations./lilistrongInfection Control and Equipment Maintenance:/strong Follow infection control procedures for sterilization and equipment handling and report any safety or equipment issues./lilistrongEffective Communication and Customer Service:/strong Interact professional with patients of all ages, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive attitude./lilistrongAdministrative and Clerical Duties:/strong Update supply inventory, navigate dental software, and complete necessary paperwork./lilistrongCompliance and Teamwork:/strong Adhere to departmental policies, participate in required activities, and demonstrate teamwork and self-direction in problem-solving./li/ulh3Qualifications Requirements/h3ullistrongEducation:/strong High School Diploma or GED required/lilistrongSkills:/strong Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
