We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that keep customers continually connected to innovation. This role places you in a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles to help deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. AWS is looking for a Network Deploy Technician to join our growing team within infrastructure operations. You will work with minimum supervision in a dynamic environment to drive the stability and sustainability of next‑generation networks, assist in capacity management, and help develop innovative ways to automate and scale our network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

Managing work and priorities through ticketing system and workflows to complete customer requests and projects Collaborating with various stakeholders to remove project obstacles Troubleshooting networking, routing and interconnectivity issues, including patch panels and patch cords Specifying power and cooling requirements and ensuring hardware racking/stacking completed for new equipment Participating in the migration, basic configuration and rollout of new or upgraded hardware Physical Requirements

Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds Ability to work in an environment that operates 24/7 with primary responder rotation and after-hours support as needed Working in cramped and/or elevated and/or noisy environments Bending, lifting, stretching, reaching, standing and walking for up to 8+ hours a day Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and gangways safely and without limitation Travel Requirements

2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience 1+ year of computer networking experience High school or equivalent diploma Preferred Qualifications
