Branch Office Administrator (BOA)
BOAs team up with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional client service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience.
Assist in the annual business planning process to develop strategies for the upcoming year.
Support marketing activities such as planning and executing events.
Handle account opening, handling account transfers, and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
Manage administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives.
Support branch business plan execution and streamline processes with updated SOPs.
