Location: Central NJ. We service government agencies and private fleets with vehicle upfits such as emergency lighting and advanced technology. Work hours are Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime available.
Responsibilities
Installation of automotive electronics and accessories.
Maintain proper service paperwork.
Maintain customer relations on an operational level.
Provide technical assistance to client personnel and customers with product functionality.
Preferred but not required
3+ years experience in mobile electronics, mobile devices, or other 12‑Volt installations such as navigation systems, car alarms, or stereo.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Ability to make independent quality decisions, set task priorities, and efficiently manage time and company resources.
Excellent problem‑solving skills.
Knowledge of mobile electronics or other 12‑volt installations, including lighting systems, car alarms, car stereos/audio.
Other technical training and experience will be considered.
Background in electronic components, the automotive industry, and equipment maintenance is a plus.
Job Type Full‑time
Pay $20.00 - $30.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications).
