JOB TITLE: Hyperscale and Data Center Lead
SALARY: $80k - $150k DOE
LOCATION: Virginia - Can be based anywhere in the US, must be happy to travel to events
We are working with a global company providing market intelligence, data analytics and research for the data centre industry, tracking thousands of hyperscale, colocation and enterprise facilities worldwide. Its services include market analysis, site‑selection tools, competitive benchmarking, bespoke consultancy and trend forecasting, helping clients make informed decisions on strategy, market entry and investment.
They are currently looking to bring in an expert in the Hyperscale industry, who can be from a research or sales background.
KEY DUTIES
Serve as an expert on hyperscale, mission-critical markets, analyzing trends, investments, and supply-demand dynamics.
Build and maintain relationships with operators, developers, consultants, sourcing primary intelligence for strategic business decisions.
Produce actionable reports, presentations, and insights, collaborating globally and representing the company at industry events.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Data center industry expert, experienced with large-scale projects, mission-critical infrastructure, real estate.
Deeply connected within ecosystem, understanding technical requirements, development cycles, procurement, key players, and stakeholders.
