Job Title: Threat Modeling Program Operations Lead
Location: Iselin, NJ - hybrid

Role: Threat Modeling Program Operations Lead
Summary: Own the end-to-end operations of the enterprise threat modeling program—intake, triage, workflow orchestration, metrics, dashboards, and automation—to deliver consistent, high‑quality design security reviews across US and India teams.
Responsibilities
Design and manage
intake & triage , routing rules, SLAs, and backlog hygiene.
Build and maintain
executive‑ready dashboards
(throughput, cycle time, model quality, SLA attainment).
Drive
process optimization
using Lean/Agile principles; eliminate waste and standardize SOPs.
Lead
automation
of repeatable reporting/procedures via APIs and scripts.
Ensure
cross‑geo alignment
(US/India) through structured cadence and clear communication.
Partner with AppSec/Architecture to embed threat modeling into the
SDLC
and improve early risk detection.
Qualifications
5–10 years in
Information Security Engineering/AppSec/DevSecOps
with program ops ownership.
Proven delivery of
metrics‑driven
improvements; strong
Power BI/Tableau
skills.
Experience with
Jira/Azure DevOps/ServiceNow
and automation (Python/SQL/APIs).
Familiarity with threat modeling methods (STRIDE/PASTA) and program governance.
Excellent cross‑cultural communication and stakeholder management.
