Role Overview
Project Manager – Epic Project Management team. Based on our campus in Madison, WI, this role requires relocation to the area and involves traveling across the United States (and abroad if you’re interested) to lead software installations and ensure successful on‑boarding of Epic users. You will present to hospital leadership, coordinate end‑user training, and provide comprehensive support as healthcare providers go live with our software. No prior software experience is required.
Responsibilities • Drive impactful projects to improve patient care in healthcare organizations. • Travel across the US and internationally, as part of a team that leads software installations. • Coordinate end‑user training and provide comprehensive support during go‑live periods. • Present project updates and status reports to hospital leadership and stakeholders. • Exercise autonomy in decision‑making while receiving full support and guidance from the organization.
Qualifications
Quality Manager experience or background in training.
Bachelor’s degree or greater (any major).
History of academic and professional success.
Willingness to travel 25‑60% of working days, typically 1‑2 trips per month lasting 2‑4 days.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
COVID‑19 vaccination status.
