To accomplish stable, repeatable day-to-day operations, our Deputy Program Manager / Operations Lead translates strategy into execution—ensuring workflows run cleanly, issues are resolved quickly, and the program operates with minimal Government oversight.
What You’ll Do
Manage day-to-day operations across all program task areas.
Coordinate execution between enclave operations, data linkage, security, and support teams.
Track task performance, milestones, deliverables, and operational metrics.
Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
Support program reporting, status tracking, and internal coordination.
Lead issue resolution and escalation management.
Serve as acting Program Manager when required.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience supporting operations on federal programs.
Background coordinating technical, operational, and compliance teams.
Experience working in structured, governance-driven environments.
