Your potential is our inspiration. **Where You’ll Make a Difference*** Support the Global Trade Compliance roadmap by executing improvements in processes related to international sanctions, export controls, and global trade regulations.* Develop and maintain centralized compliance controls using systems such as SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS) and other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms to enforce trade restrictions.* Analyze global regulatory changes and translate them into operational procedures, governance standards, and compliance frameworks.* Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators, such as shipment screening rates, resolution times, and audit closure rates.* Lead global sanctioned party screening activities, ensuring data quality, accurate match determination, escalation handling, and continuous monitoring.* Design and manage audit programs for sensitive trade lanes and compliance control environments.* Develop and implement license management processes aligned with internal policies and global regulations.* Oversee classification processes for dual‑use items under United States (US), European Union (EU), and United Kingdom (UK) export control regulations.* Create and deliver trade compliance training programs and maintain accurate training records across global teams.**What Makes You the Right Fit*** Bachelor’s degree in international Trade, Customs, Logistics, or a related discipline.* At least **5 years of experience** in global trade compliance, customs operations, import/export management, or similar functions.* **Advanced proficiency in English*** Knowledge of SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS) or similar trade control systems, including strong analytical and reporting capabilities (Microsoft Excel and Power BI preferred).* Strong understanding of international trade regulations, export control laws, and customs procedures in the United States (US), European Union (EU), and United Kingdom (UK).* Experience interpreting and applying global trade regulations into operational processes.* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.* Demonstrated problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to manage complex compliance issues.* Experience leading or supporting continuous improvement and project management initiatives.* Experience driving global compliance governance programs or continuous improvement initiatives.* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to optimize processes and adapt to regulatory changes.* Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and promote a culture of compliance.* Home office opportunity* Professional onboarding process* Training opportunities* Learning and development programsWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
