Project Manager
Location: Butte, MT. Salary: $64,800.00-$139,300.00.
Overview Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Project Manager to support Kadiak and our government customer in Butte, MT.

Responsibilities
Manage multiple trades across building portfolio, develop and maintain client relationships, coordinate activities across disciplines, and manage union environment.
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate projects from conception to completion.
Manage scoping, budgeting, scheduling, deadlines, change order management, and proposal development for IDIQ work.
Grow relationships and market share, collaborate with stakeholders and external partners, serve as the first point of contact for contract communication.
Implement a QMP and ensure contract compliance; serve as point of contact for contract deliverables.
Primary liaison for energy performance standards.
Promote safe work environments; authorize to act for the Contractor in every detail; accept notices, inspection reports, and correspondence.
Qualifications
U.S. Citizen with high school diploma or GED.
Experience managing and supervising mechanical maintenance operations for similar size/type buildings.
Minimum 5 years O&M/Facilities Management experience.
Minimum 8 years in project management/supervisory role.
Ability to work in a union environment and manage contract compliance.
